Questions & Answers

  • 1. What services does VZ Studio offer?
We offer architectural visualization services including virtual tours, animations, and static renders. Utilizing our artistic expertise, storytelling techniques, and technological prowess, we bring architectural concepts to life in a compelling manner. We strive to infuse each image with a unique visual and narrative perspective that effectively conveys the core principles of the project's design.
  • 2. What information do you need to start a project?
We need 3D model or architectural plans, design specifications, and any visual references the client considers relevant, such as images, videos, or Pinterest boards. Using all the information provided, we create a visual brief to guide the project's visual direction.
  • 3. Why is a visual brief important?
A visual brief allows us to understand what the client wants to communicate in their project and enhance that message through visual decisions. We use concepts like "mood" to define the desired atmosphere in the visualizations.
  • 4. How do you define the look and feel for architectural renders?
Defining the look and feel for architectural renders involves creating a cohesive visual style that reflects the project's design principles and the client's vision. This includes selecting appropriate materials, colors, lighting, and textures to ensure a photorealistic and immersive experience. Our high-end architectural visualization services aim to provide visual solutions that communicate the essence of the architecture through creative architectural rendering.
  • 5. What is the workflow process?
Our workflow process is divided into three main stages: First Stage: Information reception, client corrections, and creation of preliminary images with camera tests. Second Stage: Definition of materials, colors, textures, equipment, furniture, and vegetation. Third Stage: Final corrections, post-production, and rendering of images in final quality (5K).
  • 6. How are corrections handled during the project?
Images are sent via email and uploaded to the Reviewstudio platform, where clients can leave comments and corrections intuitively by marking and drawing on the images.
  • 7. What is the workflow for animations?
The correction process for animations is similar to that of static images, with the addition of an "Animatic" to adjust framing, movements, and speeds. Once the cameras are approved, the video is rendered and post-produced.
  • 8. What is an "Animatic"?
An "Animatic" is a preliminary version of the animation that allows us to adjust framing, movements, and speeds before the final rendering. You can see an example at the following link.
  • 9. What is included in the post-production of an animation?
Post-production includes color adjustments, contrast, effects, music, backgrounds, and any other necessary elements such as titles, disclaimers, fonts, texts, icons, and logos.
