FAQs
VZ Studio offers high-end architectural visualization services for architects, developers, interior designers and brands. We create photorealistic still images, architectural films, immersive 360° experiences and product renders, combining technical precision, artistic direction and visual storytelling.
To prepare an accurate quote, we usually need architectural plans, sections, elevations, a 3D model if available, design references, project location and a general description of the scope.
For still images, we also need the number of renders and the desired camera views.
For films, we need the estimated duration, type of camera movement and a brief description of the story or experience you want to communicate.
Yes. We can build the 3D model from architectural drawings, sketches, CAD files, PDFs or technical documentation. If you already have a model in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Archicad or another format, we can review it and adapt it for visualization production.
A visual brief is the creative guide that defines the atmosphere, mood, lighting, material direction, references and overall visual intention of the project. It helps align the architectural concept with the final images, avoiding the classic “I imagined something different” disaster halfway through production.
We define the look and feel through a combination of architectural understanding, references, lighting, materials, composition and atmosphere. The goal is not only to create realistic images, but to communicate the identity, value and emotional character of the project.
Our workflow is usually divided into clear production stages:
First, we receive the project information, analyze the documentation and develop preliminary camera studies.
Then we work on materials, lighting, furniture, vegetation, context and atmosphere.
Finally, we move into final corrections, post-production and high-resolution rendering.
This process keeps the project organized and helps each decision happen at the right time, instead of fixing chaos at the end like amateurs with caffeine.
Corrections are organized through structured review stages. We usually share previews by email and, when needed, through online review platforms such as ReviewStudio, where clients can mark comments directly over the images. This makes feedback clearer, faster and easier to track.
The number of correction rounds depends on the scope and budget of each project. In general, we define review stages for cameras, modeling, materials, lighting and final post-production. This allows the process to stay focused and avoids endless changes outside the original scope.
Architectural films are cinematic visual pieces designed to present architecture through movement, light, rhythm, atmosphere and storytelling. Unlike traditional technical animations, they are created to generate a stronger emotional and commercial impact.
An animatic is a preliminary version of the film used to define camera movements, framing, timing and rhythm before final rendering. It allows us to adjust the structure of the video early, before investing time in full-quality production.
Post-production can include color grading, contrast adjustments, visual effects, music, sound design, titles, logos, texts, icons, disclaimers and final editing. The goal is to make the film feel polished, coherent and aligned with the project’s visual identity.
Yes. We create immersive 360° experiences for residential, commercial, hospitality, interior and real estate projects. These tours allow users to explore spaces interactively and understand scale, layout, atmosphere and spatial relationships more clearly.
Yes. We create product visualization for furniture, objects, interior pieces and design brands. We can produce clean studio-style renders, editorial images, lifestyle scenes or atmospheric visuals depending on the commercial goal of the product.
Yes. Clients do not need to arrive with every camera already defined. We can propose viewpoints, sequences, lighting moods, atmosphere, styling and narrative structure to communicate the project in the strongest possible way.
