Benitorafe

Casa Benitorafe is a contemporary Mediterranean home developed by Olea Homes in Benimeit, Moraira, on an 800 m² plot along Spain's Costa Blanca. White rendered volumes, local stone, timber and warm earth tones — an Ibizan-inspired architecture that opens fully to the landscape and climate of the region. Olea Homes is a long-standing client: VZ Studio has worked with them across more than eight residential projects in similar Costa Blanca locations. That accumulated work allowed us to build a custom library of materials and asset blocks tailored specifically to this Mediterranean mood — resulting in greater precision and consistency with every new brief. For Benitorafe, the client provided a detailed interior moodboard. The 10 images — exteriors, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen — were crafted closely following that reference, and on this project in particular, AI-assisted hand retouching worked especially well to refine textures and bring out the warmth of the palette.
