Orion Parque

Orión Parque is a mixed-use development designed by MSGSSV — one of Argentina's most prestigious architecture firms — for Grupo Chomer, located in the Parque de la Innovación district of Núñez, Buenos Aires. A rapidly consolidating urban hub with strong real estate momentum, the project brings together residences, offices, professional studios and retail within a boldly sculpted glass tower. VZ Studio was commissioned to produce 27 images — daytime and nighttime exteriors, aerials, residential and office interiors, vertical gardens, rooftop pool and lobby. One of the core technical challenges was achieving a convincing glass facade: reflections, transparency and the interplay between interior and exterior light required intensive post-production work, with frame-by-frame masking and lighting adjustments throughout. Aerial views were produced using a combination of drone footage and matte painting; street-level perspectives were built entirely in 3D. On the production side, coordinating simultaneously with MSGSSV and Grupo Chomer presented a management challenge as demanding as the technical one — aligning criteria, revisions and approvals between a top-tier architecture firm and a client with a strong creative vision was a central part of delivering this project.
