Paris Martineau

Planalto Developments brought us in at the very beginning of Paris Martineau — we contributed to the earliest concept sketches and design explorations before the project took shape. The full design process was then developed by an architecture firm, and once the design was finalized we came back to visualize it at the highest level. The scope covered 30 images across exteriors, unit types, amenities and common areas, each crafted with close attention to materials, textures and lighting based on a highly detailed brief. For the exterior photomontages we flew drone footage on location to capture real backgrounds from the surrounding neighborhood. The centerpiece of the project is a film combining traditionally rendered 3D with AI animation and AI-generated sequences to bring the concept and identity of the project to life. A long-standing relationship: five projects together, four of them already built.
