Wollefoppenweg

S'tats Architecten brought us in to visualize Wollefoppenweg, a six-unit residential development in Rotterdam reinterpreting the vernacular Dutch barn house typology. The core challenge: building a believable autumn landscape from the ground up. Every element of the environment — trees, vegetation, canals, filtered light — was modeled in 3D using specialized libraries and scatters. We generated AI references early on to explore different seasonal moods before locking a direction, then applied a final AI enhancement pass to refine atmosphere and texture detail. Three revision rounds plus a final adjustment — the usual rhythm with a returning client who knows how we work.
