Vistas del Valle is a mixed-use masterplan in Neuquén, directly within the influence area of Vaca Muerta — one of Argentina's fastest-growing economic and real estate corridors. The development brings together towers, low-rise buildings, commercial ground floors, green spaces and pedestrian routes, connected to Neuquén city, the oil route and the Patagonian valley where trekking and biking are part of everyday life. In this project VZ Studio didn't just visualize — we designed it. The client came to us with a recently approved lot and no architectural development. Working from the client's references and our own criteria, we designed the buildings, adapted library typologies, and planned the full urban space within the local building code. A complete urban design and visualization brief. The scope covered 7 images, an institutional film and approximately 15 additional frames for its development. The film follows three characters living in the neighborhood — aerial shots, pedestrian sequences and lifestyle moments — building a narrative that goes beyond architecture to sell a way of life.
